Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new restaurant in Astoria Queens. The Name of the restaurant is Astoria Meats serving American Comfort Food. The space will have a large bar area....focusing also on good cocktails, beer, and wine. The space itself is intimate, with dark rustic wood, antique pictures, white tile, along with having a very "neighborhood" vibe. The menu is meat centric but not a steak house. we're looking for the logo to be simple but stand out. No bright colors, basic neutral colors with either a blue or green accent color. Female Chef/Owner is looking for not too masculine of a vibe.
