Brief de Design Graphique

Looking for new A3 menu design for indoor & outdoor (beautiful garden and trees) restaurant that caters for expat and local families. International menu, cool jazz vibe, great for couples and families. Restaurant called Tin Hill Social. I have attached some of the logos we use. Will consider black and white or color options. Restaurant located on a hill where there were tin mines many years ago, hence the name and branding. Looking for three menus (1) Dinner (2) Lunch (3) weekend brunch.
