Brief de Design de Logo

I'd like to create a logo (for use on invitations and tshirts) for my son's birthday party (he will be 13, but please do not include the number 13 on the logo).

What we want for the logo:
1) His initial "Z" and/or his name Zachary or Zach should be on the logo
2) The date of the event should be on the logo 10.24.15
3) He is a huge sports fan, and a fan of the Pittsburgh sports teams: Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins - he'd like elements of all three of their logos integrated into his birgthay logo design

Note the main colors for Pittsburgh sports teams are black and gold
