Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a Recruitment company in Melbourne, Australia. One part of our company is to focus on recruiting in the IT, Engineering and general technology space, the other part is to help our applicants with coaching and mentoring services (resume writing). Our company with be under the banner "ZACK Group", for recruitment we are called "ZACK Associates" and for resumes and helping job seekers we are called "ZACK Career". I want our logo to stand out, when i hand out business cards i want it to impress, when i hand out promotional material i want people to remember our logo. our competition uses a white background with text, therefore, i do not want a white background in our logo, colour background only, i prefer darker colours: dark red, dark blue, grey, black etc. i want out design to be impressive and communicate trustworthiness and dependability. i want ZACK to be in capital letters and large, i want the word group to be relatively small ie it really emphasizes the ZACK (short and simple such as Nike, Apple, Puma etc). i would also like a symble or icon, open to creative ideas for this one :)
