Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my maintenance & renovation company based in London UK

Whilst wanting a logo that relates to the industry I work in, I would like something fresh and I am not opposed to something a little quirky to make me stand out a little.

I would like something that displays unity and will inspire confidence - very important for a building company.

I am particularly interested in blue, silver, and perhaps a bit of taupe thrown in for contrast - however not opposed to other colour ideas

After viewing the initial submissions, I'm thinking that perhaps 'MMR Property Services' does not have to be incorporated into the entire logo. It might suffice to have a logo based around 'MMR' only, and this may help to make the design process more creative - just a thought, not a definite instruction.

Hello everyone.


Thanks so far for all the designs that have been submitted for my project. I am now at the stage of having a short list of contenders which means I will be eliminating the designs that have not been successful.

I will try and provide feedback to everyone, but please forgive me if I do not have the opportunity to do so.

I have changed the status from 'Refundable' to 'Committed' so one of you will definitely be the winning design.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: As i have been very busy I haven't been able to give feedback to all designers in appropriate time, so I think it only fair that those who have received late feedback are given time to make amendments if they so wish. This will be the only amendment to the deadline as I am keen to make a decision as soon as possible. Thanks, Graeme
