Brief de Design de T-shirt

I want a shirt designed modeled after the "rat fink" character. More directly you can view what I want from viewing the attached file/photos. I own a underwater boat lighting company and want to promote that. www.boatpluglight.com (see my gallery photos to further understand). My ideas are as follows: Use the files attached, a glow of blue light behind a boat. Ski boat like the one pictured. I think a shark driving the boat would be cool? Hammerhead shark? I really like every aspect of this design but need to make it our own. Across the top: BoatPlugLight.com

• No need for the little "wakeboard, glasses, motorcycle and all that other meaningless stuff in the water.. No need for huge motor/fire etc. Use that space to emphasize the blue water. Have the green water like the photo up front the show the color change
