Brief de Web Design

Need a new two column design that will convert easily to mobile responsive. Lots of white space. Winning design will probably be based on header area and making the custom form stand out. I want the header to be very much like www.riseupnc.com except the form not to go up into the header.

We buy homes for cash and close fast. Our target is a home seller who is desperate to sell quickly.
I have uploaded my really ugly wireframe and my logo. I also uploaded my photo for the about us box and a possible photo to use for the header.
The copy on the wireframe is what I will be using except for the about us box.
