Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for an app called the Auto Exchange. This app provides real time visibility into auto dealer's car inventories and sales transactions, to banks providing auto loans. The benefits of this exchange database include enhanced communication between auto dealers and banks so auto credit portfolios can be better managed with data and analytics. The Auto Exchange logo should communicate high tech data exchange, communication and data visibility and accessibility. Logo color, look and feel should fit in with the reference image attached. Colors should match well with blues and grays, no use of red.
