Brief de Design Graphique

Want to get new updated logo for Maryland girls lacrosse club team. Current logo attached. Team name is Maryland United. But we are currently growing and will have a Florida United team. Want a logo that plays on the theme "United" though this logo will say Maryland United or even better MD United. Need the logo to also be used in future for FL United. . 1st attachment is current logo. other attachment is example of logo I like. But don't like the font of the X but could replace X for MD then writing United over stick. Or from 3rd attachment replace X with U for United and replace Flofoda with Maryland.
I'm open to any and all new logo suggestions.

• Don't want very busy or font that's hard to read. Needs to look good when printed on uniforms and on website
