Contract Funders is a brokerage company that specializes in the purchase of Seller Financed real estate contracts. I need a new postcard design that includes the following:

1. Use either one of the attached stock images (1 or 2) for the back ground. I purchased them online.
2. Create a navy blue colored rectangular box similar to the one attached (sample) with a white data entry field box inside & magnifying glass.
3. Above the white data entry box place text: What is cash value of my real-estate contract?
