Brief de Web Design

We are looking for a web design to best describe our hotel/pub and our new bistro, bar and cafe. The pub is called 'Hotel Stanthorpe' and the bistro, bar, cafe is called 'Landy's'. We would like our contact information clearly visable for any bookings etc.

Hotel stanthorpe is a old queensland colonial style hotel/pub, located on the corner of lock street and high street. It has old style pub accomodation thats has been newly rrefurbished and painted.
The bar has also has been refurbished. The spacious bar has a jukebox, dart board, pool table, gaming room and outdoor smoking area that overlooks the main street.
A new addition to the old style pub is 'Landy's Bistro, Bar and Cafe' we are aiming for a family friendly atmosphere, a place to hold functions, place to have nice relaxing after work beverages with a few friends.
The newly extented drive thru bottleshop has a wide range of beer wine and spirits to meet just about every customers tastes.
