The idea of these stores are points of sale for consumers, that offer a constant service for mobile operators. For example, the Starbucks of Mobile Phones- similar look, top quality products at market price, customer service well trained and qualified. Stores will include special promotions with operators, wide range of accessories, consistency, elegance and will be independently-owned. This will become a major force for the operator who sees it as a tool to access key market for its success. Focused on sales of mobile phones, tablets and eventually, products and services of fixed telephony, ADSL, TV services, ... the total portfolio of carrier products. Geographical consistency so that a person in Peru from a shop in Costa Rica and receive a similar service and experience.
