Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new web platform company called "Loopality" (www.loopality.com). We are an ecommerce business focused on small businesses. The logo needs to be light and airy, scalable, simple but with different meanings, no gradients, sophisticated, with priority to work well as a social media logo. We would like to start with a black and white version and add color later (the company colors are emerald green (RGB (0,190,90)) and white). I'll also need all editable vector artwork included in the final package. The Airbnb social media logo is an example of what we like (see attached image for reference). I have also attached the current logo we are using and don't like.
