Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a small management consulting company that is operationally focused to help other companies do huge things. We help create the internal process structures that make the business work and enable people to work together effectively across functional areas and between companies by aligning processes to strategic plans and goals (which we help executive teams define so that the rest of the company understands how to align to them). For over 14 years we've mixed various methodologies, techniques, and philosophies (new and older) so that the end result is truly customized to each customer thus making it difficult for competitors to copy. This brings companies flexibility, the dynamic ability to adopt to customer needs quickly, etc. Integrated with the consulting is teaching, mentoring, and coaching as required. Our main target customer is middle market companies that want and need to grow, be flexible, agile, provide customer value, and control costs (not cut). We want a final design that makes you thing of dynamic ability, movement toward goals, growth, speed, value add, and agility. We like bold and primary colors (cobalt blue, emerald green, burgundy and true reds, deep teal, amethyst, accents- if used- would then be the yellows or orange or whatever).
