scope:
create a style for the attached screens (8 types of simple pages). With style I mean space between items, proper font dimensions, choice of font, look of menu and foooter, style for quote of clients, ... This style we will use on the already made site.

For a certain amount, I could (while making the brief) also ask for the HTML, which I did so I expect some simple static HTML (just the same basics as in wireframes) with some CSS to have the style. I don't need all the pages as long al all the type of elements are on the provided static HTML page (menu, header, footer, image, paragraph, client citation, 4 image on a row (clients we already helped section), ...).

Tell me the name of the company and your existing website name.

I suggest you to only ask for the homepage design, then choose a winner, then ask for the other pages design, then ask for coding (html/css).

This will be good for the designer as well as you. In a short period of time, designing of 8 pages and their coding is some difficult for the designers.

I like the idea, but in the meantime the project is already guaranteed for the full scope (We also raised the fee to be in line (and even better) than the average fee.
About the existing website name: there is none. Also the name is open for debate. Did you look at the screens I added in the zip file?

the framework will be Wordpress, but if we have the CSS and one static HTML file with the example of CSS usage for the proposed wireframes it is ok for us.
