Brief de Design de Logo

This is a contracted medical practice based in Niagara County, Western New York, that cares for employees of companies for general physicals, toxicity monitoring, injury, preplacement exams, firefighters and commercial motor drivers. We are looking for a simple but recognizable design that is both classic and modern and symbolizes simplicity and effectiveness.
The name of the company is Workwell Niagara. I have a vision of a prominent W with the N part of the W used as the N in Niagara but recognizable as the word Niagara. With the N part of the W being slanted the word niagara may need to be slanted so it doesnt look like Viagara. Because of the 2 w's in Workwell, I would like to see a shadow or something similar within the W to symbolize that. I am however open to other ideas. I also need "Occupational Medicine" listed underneath to let the public know what Workwell is....
