please confirm this is for mainpage design only with coding or 4 pages psd design & not full site designed/built + coded for the current budget

I want one main page with three other pages.
I want links on all pages to click to the other pages.
The image and theme must be consistent for all pages.
I require HTML that I can modify later
PSD is no use to me at all

The pages can all be of the same design. I will just place different text and main image in each. Pages 2,3 and 4 could have a smaller main image.
