Brief de Design Illustration

I need a 3D sketch of an automotive repair business for review with a city design review team. The building is 60 feet by 140 feet. It will be a corrugated metal building with a stucco and stone facade on the front facing the street (one of the short, 60 foot sides). In the center of the short, face side will be a double glass entry door. The roof will be a 3 x 12 pitch and will be a dark green color. There will be a small parking lot in front of the "front" (with the stucco, stone and double glass door). As you face the building from the street (facing the stucco end) the left side (140 feet) will be a solid wall. The right side will contain four garage doors spaced as shown on the attached files. There will be heavy bush plantings to cover the long closed (left) 140 foot side. There will also be bushes along the front of the building between the parking lot and the building. There will be large hardwood trees remaining on both sides of the building and behind the building.
