Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my company called "Good Works Consulting". I am a Ph.D. industrial psychologist who does executive coaching, leadership training and development, and team building. The design should communicate something about growth, development, learning, ascendency, or interpersonal connectedness (it should not have any religious overtones despite the name of the company). I want primarily black with pink as an accent color (would also consider a splash of neon green as a third color). I want the logo to be professional but can not stiff or stodgy.
