Brief de Design de Logo

We are a COMMERCIAL real estate appraisal company looking for a simple and professional logo design. IMPORTANT - logos with residential architecture in the image will be disqualified from the start. The layout I envision would be an image conveying commercial property on the left and our company name on the right. I like the idea of the word 'Group' being vertical as well. Icons that effectively convey different types of commercial property (as opposed to one type, like an office building) would be a plus, though not required for this contest. Our colors are a darker blue with a lighter blue/gray.
