Brief de Design Twitter

We need a unique website background designed. We want the design to be done with current technology and very high quality final designs submitted. Submissions in vector format will be expected.

Our current design makes use of a commercial background and we want a design that is far much better than this.

Important: Your design:

1. Must ensure LOGO fits in seamlessly and is enhanced
2. It should have a nightlife theme to it
3. Must compliment the website colors strikingly
4. Must enhance web 2.0 aspect.
5. Should use images, graphics, etc that are royalty-free or owned by designer (thus can be transferred)
