I am veryinterested in the project. I want to clarify about the project. Are you lookingfor web layout design or looking for web layout design as well as webdevelopment/coding? 

If you areplanning to re-build the site, are you going to create a static site or dynamicsite?

Hi,

When I chose to post a project here it was in the category of only design (no coding). Coding would be great though.

My site is based on a static HTML CMS system but I can add sections (like in iframe or with a subdomain) that are based on another - dynamic - server and programming.

So generally I need a static HTML (with CSS) design but there is a possibility of adding dynamic content.

1. Yes, SEO is important obviously - but keep in mind that my CMS uses HTML and CSS. If you can program something with javascript that''s ok too. I don''t see any problems with SEO when it comes to content as it will all be in HTML.
2. I am not sure what you mean.
3. I won''t move the site to another host for Wordpress. I can install Disquss for example even to this CMS if I want so don''t worry about comments.

For now I am looking for overall design, for design of homepage and main article pages AND design of review pages.
