Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting my own travel agency from my home and need a logo that exemplifies who I am. My company is Ravenswood Travel Agency and we offer traditional travel planning, but also the option for customers to provide a budget and a list of core likes/dislikes, and 3 options for travel will be provided for the customer to choose from based on their desires. I would like the design to be realistic/natural and not use bright colors. I am flexible if the logo is simply the name of my company or an image as well. I like neutral, natural tones such as grays, browns, whites, but also barn reds, hunter greens, mustard yellows (i.e. muted colors), etc. I want my logo to be warm and not too complicated. My audience is both men and women, young and old, so nothing too feminine or masculine.
