Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a building and construction consultancy company that will provide consultancy and owner's rep services to a wide array of residential and commercial building owners. Most projects will be for light commercial (not skyscrapers) especially buildings with architectural "depth" (churches and schools between 1900-1960's) as well as project management and oversight for commercial and high-end residential renovation work. I am deciding on two names: 1) ONE - CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICES or 2) ONE - BUILDING CONSULTANTS (I am still wrestling with the singular/plural contradiction). Either way the name is ONE which can stand on its own with the sub-title incorporated as less significant text. I have several concepts that I like including a simple linear skyline with the company name below as well as several versions of the word ONE with some elements of a building either silhouetted into or set as background. I would like the logo to be streamlined and simple but with plenty of punch.

Perhaps incorporated into business card will be the tag-line:

ONE CALL, ONE TEAM, ONE SOLUTION

In theory we bring together as a cohesive team all the component players (architect, engineer, owner, contractors).
