Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for the Judicial Administration Training Institute based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Institute provides professional development and educational resources to judges, court administrators, and other legal professionals in Bangladesh.

Our preferences are as follows:
-We would like a circular or square logo
-We want the logo to include the full name of the Institute in English and Bangla (we've uploaded a jpeg with the name written out in Bangla for reference--the logo can be English/Bangla on the same logo or one in English, one in Bangla)
-We would also like it to be brightly colored, using 4 colors. It could feature the colors of the national flag (green, red, yellow), but others are welcome.
-We do not want to use a hammer or scale of justice, but prefer a symbol representing the educational aspect of the Institute, possibly a tree, book, pen, etc.
-The logo might also include a slogan relating to justice, etc
