Hi. it's great that you've extended the deadline but whats keeping designers away is that you have not guaranteed the project. A lot of us would have worked on similar projects only for the project owner to claim a refund or not select a winner. Ive been watching this project since posted and didn't expect many if any submissions based on that. Not many will put in the work your after if it might be a waste of time. Suggestion that you ask designers to submit part of a room that can show you what they are capable of then guarantee project for designs to be finalised? just thought this approach might help everyone. Thanks

1 room incl. furniture according to your imaginations would be about 5 to 10 hours of work for a very prof at high quality architecture visualization. Someone with less experience would spend 15 to 25 hours for just 1 room.
