Can you please make it a payment Guaranteed Project?

I am sorry but that seems to be contradictory to the purpose of using this type of service. If I like a design and come to agreement on a final, I will pay. However if there is not a design that fits my needs, I prefer not to be out the money.

I have used this service in the past and paid as I selected a logo.

Unless I do not understand the purpose of guaranteeing a project.
