Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new project we have. The company and product name is Rent Inspect.
The software brings together landlords, real estate agents, and tenants though the process of rental property inspections
We are looking for a simple cool logo which includes the logo and text "Rent Inspect"
We do not have a tag line as yet but a space to include one at a future date would be beneficial.
