Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my salad business. This is a very unique and niche type of catering business because it focuses solely on salads (all kinds).

My prepackaged and catered gourmet salads are of high quality in both presentation and ingredients. They embody unique flavor combinations across a variety of cultures.

I want the logo to represent the spirit of my salads. It should also represent the spirit of my company which is upscale, modern, and cutting edge but also approachable.

I like the idea of using a salad component (romaine lettuce, lettuce head, leaves, salad bowl etc.) in the logo. I also like the use of a script font, but it’s just a thought. Maybe carving the name in the shape of romaine lettuce or bowl of salad?
