Brief de Design de Logo

Hey guys, Drake Coffee is a specialty coffee consultancy business based in Sydney, Australia. We are a consultancy now, but plan on becoming a roaster in the next few years, so our design has to be simple, something that looks good on a business card on its own, or printed on a bag of coffee beans.

Currently I get hired by cafes or businesses to work with their staff, teach them about their equipment, give them direction on coffee making, and help negotiate with the roasters.

• I am looking for something simple; just a black and white dragon logo and the name Drake Coffee. Drake is my mothers maiden name, and the family crest is a two legged dragon, a wyvern, with its tail curled in a figure-8. I like the very traditional look of the crest, but my wife (the REAL decision maker) likes something very simple and contemporary. I welcome both kinds of design, whatever you think looks best.
