Brief de Design de Logo

My Company provides general and clinical psychological services to individuals, groups and businesses. I am looking for a logo that incorporates the following features: 1. The human Brain stylised to look like the foliage of a tree (green in colour) with black or dark boarder. This is a very rough version and of course your designers will be able to improve dramatically on the look.2. The symbol used for psychology, stylised to look like the trunk of a tree (Colours may be flexible, brown, gold, yellow etc.). 3. The company name to be easily read and proportionate to the rest of the design (the Font style of Bell MT is only a guide).4. A Dark Circle encompassing the entire design. The background for the entire logo should be the same colour (e.g. white).Please note that this design will be used on both light and dark backgrounds, so version to fit this would be appreciated.
