Brief de Web Design

I need a website designed for Internships.Asia, which is a social enterprise in Asia that connects potential interns with internship opportunities in the region.

Please read the attached wireframe and submit a homepage designs with text, based on the attached wireframe, from which we will choose and select the best design. Please note that we only want website designs; functionality, coding and programming are not required

The designer that provides the best designed home page, will then design all other pages of the website, and will receive the fee. We have already come up with one design (see wireframe in the attached doc) that designers may review for ideas.
