Brief de Design Publicitaire

We are needing a bold design for a 1/2 page magazine advertisement to advertise our real estate company (Martin+Moore) to about 60,000 people in the LGBT community. Our branding is clean and modern, and we do like a touch of color and/or bold graphics. Our intended message is that we help ALL families buy and sell homes in Portland. Attached is the Martin+Moore logo, the advertising spec sheet, Keller Williams logo (this can be small), our picture and my failed attempt at creating something on my own. It will also need the following text which can be small: Keller Williams Realty Professionals. 503-546-9955. 9755 SW Barnes Rd #560, Portland OR 97225. Each office independently owned and operated.

As far as specs go:
Size: 4.875" wide by 3.8125" high. Portland Monthly accepts only high resolution PDF files. Outline all fonts and convert images and artwork to CMYK. All graphics/images must be 300 dpi at full size. Output with crop & registration marks turned on, offset to 12 points. “Print” file to a post-script file and distill file using Acrobat Distiller’s PDFX1A setting.
