What exactly is needed for number 3. ?

Please submit a mock up showing the screen as it would appear on the phone. Most importantly, this includes:

1. the artwork for the screen''s background
2. the appearance of the navigation bar
3. the appearance of the back and upload file icons in the navigation bar
4. the look of the cells in the grouped table

If this still doesn''t make sense, please let me know and I''ll try to clarify.
