Brief de Design Illustration

I'd like a high quality map of lots sold and available for land development company's presentation.
RP MAP WANTS:
Title = Regent Park
Light Green - all lots should be same color
Red dots - I'd like the lots fully colored
Blue dots - again fully color coded
I'd like a legend as follows:
blue dots = not under contract
Red dots = Sold
Light Green = Future Available Lots
All lots not green, red, or blue - (are just) please label Pre-existing Lots

SB MAP:
Title = Stonebridge
Delete - construction sequencing by phases
Please get rid of all the excess colors highlighting the lots.
Fill in the red and blue dots and use same legend as the regent park map.
Delete all the phasing legends and phase text so the two maps resemble each other to some extent.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Please change the colors (red, blue, green) to something prettier and for colorblind persons. I did this rather haphazardly and it was not received well, so any ornamentation would be appreciated.
