Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Cajun Food catering company in Houston, TX specializing in Boiled Crawfish and other Cajun Food items. We want something similar to the logo attached. We need it for Website, banners, business cards, and Koozies, clothing. I would like Red and white. I like all caps with the S on spicy and the other S on claws to be larger caps (Spicy ClawS). I would like the "fleur de lis" (see attachment) in the background and small (like a wallpaper behind) if possible. Thanks
