Brief de Design de Logo

We Need A Brand new logo for an existing Logo and Company called "MECSTAR" based in Rome, Italy.
Trying to enter and reach a wider market of the the World of RFID ( Radio Frequency Identification) coming from the world of Magnetic Cards.
We will still produce Magnetic cards, our main production, but we want a fresh new look, for the Business which has 24 years on the market and the logo which is a bit obsolete we think and for our new machinery.
The Logo will go on printed business cards and official Headed letters as well as per our wesite.
FOR LOGO's Inspiration References some of the brand we like as competitors, Check out : NFC, NXP ,Broadcom, Smartrac,Infeneon, OMNI ID, LABID,TIEMPO SECURE ( an dmore on the RFID Journal website)
and will try to lead a new approach on the RFID systems. Also producing Machinery. So we want a clean and beautiful captivating logo
The old one will be provided to have an idea from where we come from !

Please consider that we don't need to keep the stars in the original logo.
also Srl doesn't have to be there at all.
