Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo update for our national nonprofit search firm (www.peopleANDsystems.com). We don't offer as much systems help as we did but don't want to change our web address so the systems should be included but not as emphasized as our people work. We would like the colors to stay blue and green. We would like both a vertical and horizontal logo or at least a logo and the logo with our name Nonprofit People & Systems spelled out as well (see our site).
