Brief de Design de Logo

Our pizza chain called "Pizza Pier"
We sell pizza to young customers (14-35 years old), our pizza is cheaper, fresher, and can be delivered faster than any existing competitors on the market (Dominos, Pizza Hut, Pizza Inn., the Pizza Company (we locate in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) )
Our store design is very modern and industrial, with a lot of concrete (wall, table, lights), and metal (wall, table legs, wall decors). Our store will be a self-serve restaurant with no waiters or dining.

We would love to see the new logo to have similarities in our store design, while still having connection with the name "Pizza Pier".
We would like to see in the logo colours such as: Brick Red, and/or Green, Blue ... and you guys can be creative.

Logo style: modern, simple, "franchise- potential", industrial

Update #1: The word "Pier" in Pizza Pier means an actual pier on the coast line, see the attached photo for reference.
