Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a tri-fold brochure design for our new Whole Body Cryotherapy chamber in San Antonio, TX. The WBC chamber is the first available to the public in the area. WBC has many benefits including, but not limited to reduce swelling & inflammation, whole body recovery, pain relief, sports enhancement, anti-aging & metabolic boost. We created an "unprofessional" brochure with as much information as we could possibly fit. This "professional" brochure should be eye catching, clean & modern & simple. We would also like the brochure to have pricing & Introductory coupon. We've attached the "unprofessional" brochure we created & also the window sign & poster we had "professionally" created along with our logo (blue & black; either layout).
