Brief de Design de Poster

Looking for a simplistic poster design for live music gigs. I would like something that i can reuse by moving the positioning of the words on the poster and the colour scheme. Attached is an example of a design that i like. The size should be A4.
File format preferred would be photoshop.
Text in the poster is not that important at this stage as it is just a template i am after. But it should include band names, location, date and time. So feel free to make up the text. The file provided in the brief will show you the similar things that will be included.
