Brief de Web Design

I already have a website www.rainierdistillers.com and its a godaddy website builder one. But I cannot get the design right at all. I need this fixed.

I have logo. I need a redesign, for my website, the home page, that maybe I can have something similar in design- I can use as template to copy, for other pages so the whole thing matches? Look at my website so you understand I have a few pages...but most are links. Its a competition. Code has to be easy for me to implement, I am not expert.

Your advice needed..It would be a plus if I can update this myself throughout time. If I could have this explained to me too, the maintenance of it...how would I do this too..etc..pretend I am a child when you explain, if you can. I am not good with this stuff but I am smart and can learn fast.

I want a high end look. Maybe like an ivy league college-y look too, real preppy, chemistry...science-y, nature like is good, leaves, drops water, fields of wheat, lavender, etc.

I want every page to look similar, but the home page is what I want to be the main showpiece,..and I want each page have a little text section, maybe a photos section and a video section, for that market. Like a nice website. If I am not doing this right, let me know. I can work with you. Just help me, please. Let me know if I am doing this right.

When I pick my winning design, for my website, I will hire the artist one-on-one to re-design my shopping cart next. Or if I need additional help with implementing this current design, I can hire the same artist again too. I have a blog that I may want to hire the redesign as well too, but later on. My point is I am not just looking for one project here but I want to follow up with winning artist. So it would be return business for the winner.

I got my logo done here so I am repeat customer. And I have given that winning artist other design work.
