Thank you for your prompt reply. PSD is photoshop file format that we provide the designs in. However I just checked you are not only looking for designs but coding and html files as well.
Your project is interesting yet bit complex as we would require to speak with you over skype in order to gain understanding on some parts of the website that we find confusing.
Also, the budget you have set for this project is very low and may not interest many professionals that work here. I suggest revising the budget and setting up a time to discuss your project over skype would help us initiate work on your project as we provide you with design layouts first and once you confirm the design layouts, we then move towards development phase and provide you a fully functional website.

Thank you for your explanation. We eventually want the website developed and coded but this job posting was just for the PSD files for the design of the site and pages. We want to pick the right design first and then have it coded and developed by the right team, which we will pay more for. Can you specify how much you need for both the design and coding? This is our first time on design crowd, trying to figure it out. Thanks.

Please change the scope of the project to Un-coded PSD file only so I can assign this to my design team. For the development part, I believe setting the same or a little over your current set budget would be fine.
