Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new company called Evans Consulting and Coaching. My passion is building holistic IT organizations that deliver business focused results, while honoring the employees, as well as, resourcing IT leader in the well rounded and continuous development necessary to meet the profession’s evolving challenges.

I don't want a logo that is overly techy. It should communicate movement - moving from inspiration to action, or in a softer sense, transforming the heart's longing into the fire of creation.

I've played with some possible colors. I'd like the main color to be a blue. Please see the center blue in the attached file for an example. I'm not wedded to this color, but, hope it will help communicate the feel. However, I'm open to other color choices. Please be creative based on the above description!
