Brief de Web Design

We need a web design for a new company called "DATA99". Our major business is that provide Internet Data Center solution, such as: rack/colocation, bandwidth, dedicated server, cloud server, CDN, and so on.

Requirements of Design:
1. Home page layout can refer to index-content.jpg in the attachments, but not limited.
2. According to match logo colors to design colors of web pages, Logo in the attachments.
3. The web contents of home page in image of the index-content.jpg.
4. The successful bidder will need to design three banner.
