Brief de Design de Logo

We are currently looking to redesign our corporate logo to make it more modern and elegant. The current logo design can be seen on www.mint-corp.com and is extremely poor and outdated. I'm looking for something bold, preferably green (medium to darker green) and makes us look like a serious company. Our logo typefaces that I like which are similar include Sage software (www.sage.com) but I'd like more spacing on our typeface. I would particularly like a smart, well designed, simple logo to go beside it. The full name of our company is "Managing Innovation and Technology". This should be incorporated into the logo in smaller print below but I'm open to new ideas for presenting the words. For example, you could use the + symbol instead of & if it looked good. Our business is building software applications for businesses. DARK GREEN!!!!
