Brief de Design de Bannière
We need a banner ad design for a new company based in Australia called Young Einsteins. We provide career tools and insights to young professionals. Our target market is 20-30 year olds.
We would like to see designs that attract users on the site to click on the banner and sign up for a weekly newsletter. The newsletter will feature a blog, cheat sheets etc. Inspiration in their inbox!
The second banner is to attract users to sign up for a Millennials Convention. They would click on it to find out more information and then register with their email address. This convention is a 1 day workshop designed to enhance young professionals abilities to give their best at work. There will CEO insights etc.
Use of images or flash is ok. Needs to look very professional and presented in accordance to the current colour scheme in place. Visit http://www.youngeinsteins.com/home to understand.

Hi All,As both banners will feature on the Young Einsteins site there is no need for a logo or hyperlink to the site.I would like to see some better images, and a bit more creative flair.Please don't use single female images as I am wanting to avoid the women in business perception.
