Brief de Design de Logo

A logo design is required for this international mortgage broking company. Overseas Mortgage Finance will primarily deal with clients purchasing properties and requiring advice in the following markets:Western Europe, USA, Switzerland and the Caribbean, although this list is not exhaustive. Our aim is to provide finance solutions for clients buying, refinancing, property improvement and self build.

The idea behind Overseas Mortgage Finance is to provide unbiased, knowledgeable, tailored and personable mortgage advice and options to what will mainly be high income clients purchasing holiday homes.

The logo itself needs to represent a fresh outlook to mortgage advising; being contemporary, but still professional. I do not want to alienate prospective customers by advertising the 'high income' status of the company, but please take into account that the logo needs to be 'slick', yet effective at showing the customer that this company is serious about fulfilling their requirements. The colouring for the logo itself I feel cannot be too eccentric, but should NOT represent a fully corporate feel with 'blacks' and 'grey's'. We want to have a cutting edge style but still have the ability to work in the corporate market place.

The final design should communicate reliability, a trusted network of contacts, professionalism and the companies ability to stand out from the crowd.

We require a logo design for the website, compliment slips, business cards and headed paper.
