Brief de Web Design

We need to be able to add links to any of the site’s page and to be able to edit any part of the site with off the shelf. software.

I am looking for a more updated website that has the below needs. In addition, I am looking to have it be geared more toward my Mobile App (as described in the Literature). The current Website has information that is still valid, but much is outdated.

• The site design will need to meet Google mobile guidelines for developers https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ and will have to meet Google Mobile Friendly test https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
• The site will have to meet Google design speed best practices https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/
• No Flash homepage. No frames.
• Use a balanced home page that combines images with text (needed for SEO).
• Prefer a fully custom built theme.
• The design will have to use our current logo • The new site will include a blog and an RSS Feed
• We will need a user friendly fat footer that shows latest blog posts, testimonials etc. Please design a fat footer that does not add much to load time
• We will need a blog page / tab included.
