Brief de Design de Logo

We have an existing logo that we have used for several years and would like to update the look. We would like to flatten the look and provide for two orientations. Currently the logo is only in landscape (horizontal) orientation but we would like to be able to present in a portrait (vertical) orientation as well. We do not have to have the current tag line, "technology at work" but may choose to apply. The company is often referred to as YDO so we would like to accentuate the Y, D, and O.

We would like to keep using blues as the color palette but are open to introducing another color in a small amount if it works.
